The Homebuying Process

Pre-Approval: Get pre-approved for a mortgage loan to determine your budget and increase your credibility with sellers.

Property Search: Using my local expertise the best digital and real-world resources in the industry, I’ll help you track down properties that match your specific criteria.

Viewing Homes: Visit potential homes to get a feel for the property and evaluate if it meets your requirements.

Making an Offer: When you find the perfect home, I’ll help you make an informed offer takes all factors, obvious and not-so-obvious, into consideration.

Negotiation: It’s my job to fight for your best interest when purchasing property. You can expect me to defend the terms that matter to you most while looking for any concession that makes your deal as sweet as it can be.

Home Inspection: Your licensed home inspector will do an thorough investigation of the property and furnish a report of its observable condition. Any repairs or concessions you’d like from the seller become a part of my negotiations.

Appraisal: Your lender will conduct an appraisal to ensure the property's value aligns with the loan amount.

Loan Commitment: Complete the mortgage application process, and once approved, we’ll begin to prepare you for a successful closing.

Closing Costs: Your closing costs will be communicated to you ahead of time with no surprises left for closing day.

Final Walkthrough: Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure the property is in the agreed-upon condition.

Closing Day: The big day. Me and your team of professionals will work to make sure ownership is transferred to you, issue-free.
